What you'll do:

• Lead the organisation's activities across the region.

• Manage budgets meticulously to achieve sustainable profitability.

What you wil bring:

• Possess a unique blend international and local Vietnamese knowledge and experience, facilitating cultural bridging.
• Extensive senior leadership experience in manufacturing, with expertise in production and sales strategy.
• Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Business Administration; an MBA is preferred.
• At least 10 years of leadership experience in the industry
• Demonstrated strong commercial acumen, financial management, market expansion track record.
• Expertise in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement
• Exceptional interpersonal skills for effective communication and collaboration across departments and with external stakeholders.
