Country Manager

A global fashion and lifestyle leader seeks a Country Manager to oversee supply operations in Vietnam. This role involves driving operational excellence, strategic sourcing, vendor management, cost optimization, and talent development while ensuring product quality and sustainability. You will lead cross-functional collaboration, manage vendor relationships, and align local execution with global strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including production planning, compliance, and sustainable practices.
• Optimize vendor relationships, negotiate costs, and enhance supply chain efficiency.
• Collaborate with regional/global teams to align local execution with brand objectives.
• Ensure adherence to social responsibility standards and regulatory requirements.
• Lead and mentor diverse teams while fostering an inclusive workplace culture.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Garment/Textile or related field; 15–20 years of experience (10+ years in senior leadership roles).
• Expertise in supply chain processes, costing methodologies, and macro-economic trends in Asia.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to navigate complex regulatory landscapes and drive team performance.
