Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all Vietnam-based manufacturing operations (production, supply chain, quality assurance, logistics).
• Develop and execute regional strategies for cost efficiency, quality, delivery reliability, and safety compliance.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and ensure alignment with global engineering objectives.
• Build strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive commercial growth in APAC.
• Manage budgets, P&L responsibilities, and resource allocation effectively.
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture while developing local leadership teams.

What You Bring:

• 10+ years of senior leadership experience in manufacturing/industrial sectors.
• Proven expertise in operational management, strategy development, and continuous improvement programs.
• Strong cross-cultural communication skills and ability to collaborate with global teams.
• Financial acumen with experience managing budgets and P&L at the executive level.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and safety protocols in manufacturing environments.
