Plant Manager

An exciting Plant Manager job has just come available in an international company in a multinational manufacturing company located nearby Ho Chi Minh City area. The Plant Manager will be responsible to drive the operation and provide strong leadership for the local Vietnam team.

About the Plant Manager Role:

The Plant Manager will be responsible to lead operation of the plant located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam and report to foreign land Director.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organise and plan production; plan the daily operation scheduling of factory production to ensure optimal utilisation of equipment, personnel, and inventory requirements
• Get the plant capacity and people ready for future grow
• Manage employee relations
• Focus n quality, safety
• Ensure economic profit

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent command of English.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum five years in similar positions in manufacturing industry
• Hands on coaching, driven, firm when needed
• Highly committed, experience with audit of global brand
• Strong leadership, leading by example
• Advanced level of English required
