What you'll do:

As a Key Account Manager in the Medical Devices sector, you will play an integral role in developing business opportunities and driving sales. You will build trustful relationships with major clients, ensuring their needs are met while preventing them from turning to competition. Your role involves expanding existing customer relationships by proposing solutions that align with their objectives. You will also ensure timely delivery of products and services, serving as the vital communication link between key customers and internal teams. Your ability to resolve customer issues and handle complaints will contribute significantly to maintaining business continuity. Furthermore, you will generate new sales leading to enduring relationships. Regular reporting of progress, forecasting using key account metrics, and achieving sales targets are also part of your responsibilities.

  • Engage in business development by identifying opportunities and driving sales of the Healthcare System & Technology product portfolio
  • Develop trust relationships with major clients to ensure loyalty
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
  • Expand relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
  • Ensure timely delivery of correct products and services to customers
  • Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
  • Resolve any issues faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain business continuity
  • Generate new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
  • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts using key account metrics
  • Responsible for achieving and exceeding sales targets/budgets of allocated territories

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Key Account Manager - Medical Devices role will bring a wealth of experience and a strong educational background. Preferably, you will hold a degree in Nursing, Science, Pharmacy or equivalent. You should have at least 8 years' experience managing hospital accounts and solution selling within the medical devices/equipment industry. Your ability to manage a territory or region with minimal supervision will be crucial, as will your experience in tender management. A demonstrated track record of consistent performance delivering high-quality sales effort and target achievement is essential. Your ability to conduct CME and product training to HCPs, along with managing different and additional portfolios, will also be highly valued.

  • Degree in Nursing, Science, Pharmacy or equivalent is preferable
  • At least 8 years’ experience managing hospital accounts and solution selling in the medical devices/equipment industry
