A rapidly expanding pharmaceutical company is recruiting a Key Account Manager covering Hanoi and Northern provinces.
About the Key Account Manager Role:
Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for enlisting all focus company's product in tenders with clear and feasible plan.
- Ensure enough quota to achieve target for the sales team for existing as well as new products
- For hospitals out of quota support the sales team with direct access (direct purchase order, borrow)
- Propose quota plan for next tender periods and push for higher quantities in tenders each year with clear and feasible plan aligned with volume & pricing strategy of company
- Create and maintain excellent relationship with KOLs/Doctors, Chief of Pharmacy Department, Board of Directors, Service of Health, Health Insurance of Hanoi and North surrounding provinces, reimbursement agencies, medical associations and other tender decision makers
- Proactively monitor external environment, customers and competitors, gather market insights to fine-tune company strategy
- Secure reimbursement for products through timely preparation of submissions, effective understanding of local processes and networking with key stakeholders
To succeed in this role, you will need to create & maintain excellent internal relationship and give/get support to/from RSM or other members of the commercial team as well as other departments to achieve company goal.
- At least 2 years' experience as Tender Manager/Key Account Manager/District Manager in the pharmaceutical business in Vietnam
- Education: University degree in Pharmacy/Medicine
- Personality: result-oriented with a positive mindset, high responsibility, attention for details, high commitment, leadership, autonomy, good communication skills, team work, able to manage close relationship with key accounts, stakeholders & key opinions leaders
