An exciting Market Access Director job has arisen in a leading pharmaceutical firm in Ho Chi Minh City Vietnam.

About the Market Access Director Role:

This role will be reporting into the General Manager and responsible for optimising market access through engagement and shaping public policy and brand value

Key Responsibilities:

Sits on Vietnam leadership team and responsible for co-creating and embedding the Vietnam long term vision and strategy
Guide and coach all the access & policy chapter members to develop disease- and customer-centric access strategies
Collaborate and co-create extensively with both internal and external stakeholders
Optimising market access through engagement and shaping public policy and brand value
Pricing & health economic for access
Key account management
Planning and teamwork
People leadership / management
Essential accountability

To succeed in this role, you will need to have meaningful and appropriate relationships with government (Ministry of Health, Finance, etc), non-governmental organisations and patient groups.

Key Requirements:

Master/University degree in Pharmacy/Medical
Additional Master / University degree in Public Policy is an advantage
At least seven -10 years of managerial experience in the Market Access / Key Account Management / Access & Policy function of MNC pharmaceuticals and other NGOs / Healthcare Authority relevant bodies
Strong network with MoH, VSS, SHI, hospitals’ Board of Directors, Pharma Group
Have successfully demonstrated good leadership skills, and proven track record in managing teams
