What you'll do:

As a Market Access and Public Affairs Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our client's Healthcare System & Technology product portfolio. You will be responsible for identifying business development opportunities, building strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, and proposing solutions that meet their objectives. Your role will also involve ensuring timely delivery of products and services, resolving customer issues, generating new sales, preparing regular progress reports, and achieving sales targets.

  • Identify opportunities and drive sales of the company's Healthcare System & Technology product portfolio
  • Develop trust relationships with major clients to ensure customer retention
  • Understand key customer needs and requirements thoroughly
  • Propose solutions continuously that meet existing customers' objectives
  • Ensure timely delivery of correct products and services to customers
  • Serve as the communication link between key customers and internal teams
  • Resolve any issues faced by customers and handle complaints to maintain business continuity
  • Generate new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
  • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts using key account metrics
  • Achieve and exceed the company’s sales targets/budgets of the allocated territories

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Market Access and Public Affairs Manager position brings a wealth of experience in managing hospital accounts within the medical devices/equipment industry. You possess a degree in Nursing, Science, Pharmacy or equivalent field. You have demonstrated your ability to manage territories with minimal supervision, have experience in tender management, and have a proven track record of delivering high-quality sales efforts. Your ability to conduct CME and product training to HCPs will be crucial in this role.

  • Degree in Nursing, Science, Pharmacy or equivalent is preferable
  • At least 8 years’ experience managing hospital accounts and solutions selling in medical devices/equipment industry
  • Ability to manage territory/region with minimal supervision
  • Experience in tender management is an added advantage
  • Demonstrated track record of consistent performance delivering high quality sales effort and target achievement
  • Ability to conduct CME and product training to HCPs
  • Ability to manage different and additional portfolios
