Senior Product Manager

An exciting Senior Product Manager (Pharmaceutical) job has become available at one of the most respected international pharma firms based in HCMC. Reporting directly to the Country Manager, this is the role for marketing person who is a leader in their field.

About the Senior Product Manager:

Reporting to the Country Manager, you will be responsible for marketing activities, strategies and budget effectively to develop company’s existing brands as well as launch new product

Key Responsibilities:

• In order to continually improve the effectiveness of company's marketing & commercial plan to deliver profitable & sustainable business growth, and to achieve brand and financial objectives, the incumbent, in the framework of the company division strategy, is accountable for:
• Propose the marketing local strategy for all the portfolio brands: product, place, price, promotion
• Drive the execution and ensure the follow-up of the marketing plan implementation and ad hoc market research
• Contribute to improve the trade commercial policy and business analysis
• Oversee Sales force partner follow up and challenge
• Lead and develop the marketing team and report marketing performance to the GM
• This position requires to continuously challenge existing practices, propose upgrades, benchmark, new projects.
• The incumbent need to work in close collaboration with medical, regulatory, finance, strategic planner, partner sales force and should contribute to local strategic decisions that positively influence sales growth

To succeed in this role, you will need to have several years in brand management in the pharma industry, responsible owner of the brand, brand strategy and planning.

• Marketing: Ethical and OTC
• Health environment: regulation / hospital / pharmacy
• Excellent organisation, planning and anticipation skills
• Ability to format information through high quality presentations
• Ability to communicate clearly brand objectives, messages, tools and ensure motivation to sales force
• Ability to interact with a global team
• Strict adherence to regulation and company rules
• Skills: Interpersonal skills, team player, accurate, keen to data excellence, agile and autonomous
• Mindset: Curious, positive, action driven, result oriented and sharp mind
• Scholarship: Pharmaceutical, and/or Business School
