What you'll do:

As Head of Medical and Regulatory Affairs, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of healthcare. You will be responsible for overseeing the affiliate’s company strategy, ensuring its alignment with both regional and global objectives. Your role will involve managing key relationships within the healthcare sector, including those with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), customers, and major institutions. You will also contribute significantly to medico-marketing strategies, aiding local business plans to promote target achievement. Furthermore, you will oversee clinical study timelines, ensuring timely delivery of project deliverables while maintaining compliance with relevant regulations.

  • Oversee the affiliate’s Clinical, Medical and Regulatory strategy and performance management
  • Ensure representation of affiliate in regional and global boards/meetings
  • Manage and build Key Opinion Leader (KOL) Engagement plans annually
  • Translate global medical affairs and regulatory strategies into operational targets
  • Develop and maintain relations with customers, KOLs and major institutions in the local health care sector
  • Contribute to medico-marketing strategy and provide aid for local business plans
  • Plan, direct, and inform clinical study timelines
  • Implement the clinical development strategy outlined by the clinical teams

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Head of Medical and Regulatory Affairs position brings a strong medical background coupled with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry. With over ten years' experience in medical and clinical fields, you have developed a deep understanding of various areas such as Diabetes, Cardiovascular diseases, Obesity, Growth Hormone, Endocrinology and Haemostasias. Your experience in people management and ability to translate clinical evidence into successful product development strategies will be key to your success in this role. Above all, your excellent communication and leadership skills will enable you to effectively lead teams and drive the company's medical and regulatory affairs strategy.

  • Strong medical background with good experience in the pharmaceutical industry
  • More than 10 years of experience in medical and clinical fields
  • Experience in Diabetes, Cardiovascular, Obesity, Growth Hormone, endocrinology and Haemostasias areas is advantageous
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of people management experience is highly preferred
  • Experience in translating clinical evidence into strategies for successful product development and launch preparation is preferred
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
