About the District Sales Manager Role:
Reporting directly to the National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the sales targets implementation in territory related.
- Boost sales, product introduction, ensure business objectives in territorial responsibilities
- Maintain and develop relationships with key customers in the locality
- Receive, inspect, evaluate and transmit to BOD about the company's products and competitive
- Analyse the competitive strategy; recommend building up the marketing and promotional programs
- Develop, strengthen the network marketing, customer contact, personal information collected and aggregated from Medical Representative to make the Sales report and adjust strategies
To succeed in this role, you will need to coordinate with other departments to recruit, encourage and train the sales team; respect the recruitment, training and assessment sales procedures.
- University graduated
- Strong relationship building and communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, good team-work spirit
- Dynamic and confident personality
- Hard-working, honest, have "can do" attitude
- Capacity to drive the territory independently
- Experience in OTC market
