An exciting Area Sales Manager job has just become available at one of the most respected global Pharmaceutical firm based in Hanoi. This is a role for someone with proven track records in MNCs with strength of team management.
About the Area Sales Manager Role:
Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building district sales capability and managing sales team in order to reach and exceed sales targets of a defined geographical district (1/2 Hanoi and nearby provinces).
- Ensuring district sales performance, developing and ensuring execution of sales plan, targets and budgets within national sales strategy
- Ensuring registration of customer contacts of direct reports (and own) in the sales management system, registering dual visit reports/coaching report in this sales management system, managing and motivating direct reports in sales team
- Developing team members working according to Business Ethics procedures, working according to local law, company policies, quality standards & guidelines
- Developing sales strategies and setting targets and monitoring your team's performance and motivating them to reach targets
To succeed in this role, you will need to have strong sales management experience and must have the ability to manage your team effectively and efficiently.
- Bachelor degree in Medical/Pharmaceuticals background is a must
- Have minimum three - five years' sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Good at problem-solving, result-oriented, and multi-tasking, who can work under pressure
- Be flexible to work with different origins and cultures in difficult and changing environments
