Business Development Manager

A newly created Business Development Manager role is just available in one of European medical device company. This is a key Go-to-Market role to perform market research, partnership identification, strategy development, government regulatory requirements and communication in local language to support company presence in the field of Urology & Rehab in Vietnam.

About this Business Development Manager Role:

The role is that of the ‘eyes and ears’ of the company and a full-on collaborator. You will be a key part of the growth team - working across many spectrums. You will own the awareness process, ensuring that our efforts are targeted, ensuring that our customer’s experience exceeds expectations.

This role is expected to collaborate closely with marketing / regulatory / service / finance, etc. teams to meet the company’s strategic objectives and take on ad-hoc projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead in-country contributor to the development of the market research, partnership identification, strategy development and government regulatory requirements plans
• Local partner to the various functions in the execution of the respective plans
• Provide cultural insights and bridge communication needs in local languages
• Work with team to establish KOL management system in the assigned region
• Take on specific assigned ad-hoc projects to drive business

To succeed in this role, you must have good communications skills.

Key Requirements:

• Experience in Urology market is a must
• At least five years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical device industry
• Exposure in sales or marketing
