The report added that as companies struggle to contain costs, increased merger and acquisition activity is expected in the country, along with restructuring and localisation of company offices.
Hiring managers will therefore be looking for adaptable and self-motivated candidates with good leadership skills, entrepreneurial mindsets and change management experience.
