An exciting opportunity has arisen for a seasoned Rewards Manager to join a leading organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, reviewing, coordinating and implementing effective strategies, procedures and programs related to compensation and benefits. This role offers the chance to provide full-range support to teams, ensuring internal and external pay equity within the assigned organisation.

What you'll do:

As a Rewards Manager, your role will be pivotal in shaping the compensation and benefits landscape of the organisation. You will be entrusted with providing comprehensive support to teams across the business, from conducting associate enrolment updates to delivering engaging new-hire orientations. Your expertise will guide the annual merit process, while your innovative thinking will contribute to the design of special compensation programs. Your analytical skills will be crucial in preparing data for compensation analyses, ensuring that our rewards strategy remains competitive.

* Provide a full range of compensation, benefits and well-being support to the teams

* Perform associate enrollment and updates based on employment, life and other status changes

* Deliver new-hire benefits orientation as needed

* Advise/support the team on annual merit, short and long-term incentives and administration

* Facilitate annual open enrollment fairs to educate associates on benefits, health, wellbeing, and retirement benefits

* Collaborate on design and review of special compensation programs and/or incentive plants

* Assist with compensation trend analysis; provides point-in-tine status reports and completes ad hoc reporting requests

* Prepare data for compensation and benefits analyses

What you bring:

The ideal Rewards Manager will bring a wealth of HR experience to the role, particularly within total reward positions. Your strong communication skills will enable you to present complex data effectively, while your proficiency in MS Office and data management tools such as Flow, SharePoint/Tableau or PowerBI will enhance your ability to deliver insightful analyses. A university degree in any HR discipline along with a Masters/MBA is strongly desired for this role. Regional or global experience would also be advantageous.

* University degree in any discipline in HR with a Masters / MBA strongly required

* +7-10 years of HR experience with at least 5 years of experience in a Total reward position

* Strong communication skills and ability to present complex data / insights

* High level of proficiency in MS Office

* Regional / global experience would be an added advantage

* Proficiency in data management / visualization tools suite like Flow, Sharepoint / Tableau, PowerBI would be an added advantage
