The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing human resources and administrative functions, ensuring efficient operations within Vietnam. What you'll do:

As an Office Manager (HR & Admin), you will play a pivotal role in ensuring efficient operations within our client's organization in Vietnam. You will manage a wide range of responsibilities that include HR administration such as recruitment, onboarding and offboarding processes. You will also handle employee relations, training and development initiatives, as well as performance management. In addition to your HR duties, you will oversee office facilities management ensuring a safe and functional work environment for all staff members. Your role will also involve coordinating travel arrangements following the implementation of an online travel booking tool. Furthermore, you will provide personal assistance to the General Manager.
