HRBP Manager

A leading FMCG company based in Ho Chi Minh city, Vietnam; is calling for HR Business Partner Manager.

About the HR Business Partner Role:

You will report directly to HR Director and has responsibility of Partner with Centre of Excellence (COE) and key stakeholders to ensure best employment service for employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform recruitment & selection activities in accordance to function’s headcount budget/ recruitment plan and procedure to ensure that function’s vacancies are filled on time
• Keep close contact with hiring managers on searching progress and consult them on recruitment issues.
• Manage headcount planning and employment cost
• Implement leadership development, engagement and employee relations
• To conduct exit interviews and complete the leaver process
• Participate in common HR projects
• Plan & implement CSR activity
• Manage internal communication (include HR channel & platform)
• Perform other job-related assignments
• Responsible for delivering Employee & Industrial Relations (ER/IR) to the business (knowledge of legislative and consequent impact on the organisation, relationships with works council/ unions, government/regulatory bodies, community, etc.

To succeed in this role, you must have good communication skills in English.

Key Requirements:

• University degree, preferably in HR Management/ Psychology/ English
• Minimum five years of experiences in HR management
• Good at business partnering mindset and communication skill
• People skills and strong interpersonal skills
• Sharp at business understanding and general knowledge in HR
• Self-driven, proactive, can-do spirit for improvement
• Communication skills, presentation skills, influencing skills
• Teamwork, self-driven, discipline
