About the HRBP Manager Role:
You will report directly to Country Manager and has responsibility of all HR activities. Coordination with HR Regional and play the key role of delivering HR business support to the local organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform talent acquisition to recruit suitable talents and build a talent pipeline to support business needs
Develop talents by setting up structured local initiatives that contribute to the improvement of the organisation
Work closely with management to identify high potential candidates for participation in the global program framework
Design and deliver employee L&D plans for all employees
Perform review and recommendation for discussion of salary proposals with management for approval
Perform compensation data analysis through internal and external salary benchmarking
Review local HR policy, including employee benefits
Support local management with the performance management process, including goal settings, performance reviews, and performance appraisal, as per global HR framework
Review of HR business processes
Employee Data and Human Resources Information System (HRIS)
To succeed in this role, you must have good communication skills in English.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (or above) holder in Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines
Minimum five years of relevant experience in HR business partnering, guiding, and coaching senior management stakeholders
Prior experience in leading and driving performance of a small team preferred
An independent worker who is adaptable, resilient and self-driven
Ability to manage time well to meet tight deadlines
Passionate to deal with people in various levels
Good English in verbal and written communication skills
