A MNC manufacturing industry based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam is calling applications for Senior HR Generalist.

About Senior HR Generalist Role:

Based in District 1, HCMC. You will report directly to HRM Vietnam. Your main responsibilities are managing and oversee HR function to ensure the business has the people and organisational capabilities to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist recruitment activities and onboarding/ offboarding processes
• Administrate health and welfare plans
• Follow up on employee’s benefit package, build up internal regulations & policy
• Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
• Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
• Work collaboratively with global members. Actively & timely support all internal members
• Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems (HRIS)
• Perform required documentation through payroll and insurance provider to ensure accurate record keeping and proper calculations

To succeed in this role, you must have good communication skills in English.

Key Requirements:

• Seven years of experience, preferably in global working environment
• Good communication skills; collaborative mindset; leadership potential
• Proactive, strong ethics and reliability
• Knowledge of pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.
• Understanding of labour laws and disciplinary procedures
