This role will work closely with key stakeholders in implementing Talent and Organization Development initiatives that align with HR objectives. This includes focusing on talent management, performance management policies, and training programs for employee development.

Job Description:

  • Collaborate with various departments to establish annual performance management processes, including setting performance measures, conducting performance reviews, and appraisals.
  • Analyze performance results and assist in the performance calibration process.
  • Propose improvements to the company's performance management process and procedures.
  • Coordinate with the Compensation and Benefits (C&B) manager on performance-based incentives, salary increases, and promotions.
  • Implement talent reviews and succession planning according to company processes and policies.
  • Identify employee development needs and design strategic training programs, workshops, and learning initiatives to enhance knowledge, skills, and performance.
  • Manage training activities, including needs assessment, program design and delivery, leadership development, and evaluation.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments for continuous improvement.
  • Support the administration and communication of Employee Engagement surveys, analyze the results, and propose action plans.
  • Collaborate with other departments to monitor the implementation of action plans.
  • Conduct workforce analysis and benchmarking to propose manpower planning levels and solutions.
  • Assist in the review and development of job descriptions and role profiles.
  • Responsible for submitting monthly reports as required by the Corporate.
  • Produce HR analytical reports upon request.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Equivalent training and experience will be considered in lieu of formal education.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively with mid-level managers in the organization.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • People-driven and able to work independently.
  • Oriented towards teamwork.
