Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) Manager for a 9-month contract role. The successful candidate will be a key member of the business unit and will have the chance to participate in various HR initiatives and ad-hoc projects.

What you'll do:

As a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the human resources landscape of the organisation. Your primary responsibilities will include implementing the company's recruitment strategy, participating in annual salary surveys, reviewing payroll and benefits processes, identifying training needs, improving employee relations, assisting in annual performance management processes, and handling ad-hoc assignments. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to various HR initiatives and projects. This role requires a dynamic individual who can work independently under pressure while maintaining professionalism.

  • Implement company's recruitment strategy and deliver recruitment agenda for all related Departments
  • Collaborate with Compensation & Benefit and CoE team to participate in annual salary survey
  • Actively participate in the review and implementation of payroll and benefits processes
  • Identify training and development needs through Individual Development Plans (IDPs), job analysis, performance appraisals
  • Improve working relationships/environment, build morale and increase productivity and retention
  • Assist Annual Performance Management, Annual Salary Review and Bonus recommendations processes
  • Handle ad-hoc assignments and HR projects as assigned

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) Manager role brings a wealth of experience in generalist HR roles. With at least 5-6 years of experience in an HR management role, preferably within multinational or sizable companies, you are well-versed with labour laws and government regulations. Your strong integrity, professionalism, excellent problem-solving skills, negotiation skills make you stand out. Additionally, your ability to communicate effectively in both English and Vietnamese is crucial for this role.

  • Degree holder in HRM or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 – 6 years of working experience in generalist HR and as HR management role
  • Good knowledge in labour law and Government regulations
  • Strong integrity, professionalism and confidential manner
  • Excellent problem-solving skill and negotiating skill
  • Excellent command of both spoken & written English and Vietnamese
