HRBP Manager

Our client is seeking a seasoned Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) Manager to drive operational HR excellence and support their business in Vietnam. This pivotal role will work closely with the Country VP HR and department heads, ensuring that HR strategies align seamlessly with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding processes.
  • Manage payroll, employee benefits administration, and ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company’s objectives and promote a productive work environment.
  • Ensure efficient HR operations that support the 180 employees based in Phu My, facilitating a seamless employee experience.
  • Lead and contribute to strategic projects, focusing on Sales Excellence and the Employee Well-being Campaign.
  • Support change management initiatives and employee engagement activities across departments.
  • Monitor project milestones, report progress, and ensure the timely delivery of key objectives.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations, addressing conflicts, grievances, and promoting a positive workplace culture.
  • Partner with line managers to manage employee grievances, performance improvement plans, and other HR-related matters.

Key Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • 10+ years of HR experience, with at least 5 - 10 years in a business partner role.
  • Strong knowledge of Vietnamese labour law and HR practices.
  • Solid project management skills, with experience leading HR initiatives and strategic projects.
