Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resource Business Partner Manager to join their team in Ho Chi Minh. This role offers the opportunity to contribute significantly to the company's growth and success by designing and delivering the division’s people plan and key priorities. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the business and divisions they support, ensuring seamless delivery of the divisions’ people plans.

What you'll do:

As a Human Resource Business Partner Manager, you will play an integral role in shaping our client's future. You will partner closely with the business to design and deliver the division’s people plan, aligning it with business needs. Your ability to develop talent will be crucial in ensuring a strong succession pipeline. You will also define organisation structures and ways of working that enhance collaboration within and across divisions. Furthermore, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless end-to-end delivery of full spectrum HR activities for the business.

* Partner with the business to design and deliver the division’s people plan

* Develop a strong understanding of the business and divisions you support

* Build a people plan aligned to business needs

* Ensure seamless delivery of the divisions’ people plans in collaboration with key stakeholders

* Develop talent for the business and ensure a strong succession pipeline

* Support business leaders in executing development plans, facilitating movement of talent within and across divisions

* Define organization structure and ways of working for the divisions to enhance collaboration

* Ensure end-to-end delivery of full spectrum HR activities for the business

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Human Resource Business Partner Manager role brings a wealth of experience from previous HR roles. With over seven years' experience in HR business partnering, you possess excellent analytical skills and critical thinking abilities. Your strong project management & organisation skills enable you to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Your good commercial acumen allows you to understand complex business operations, while your ability to build strong relationships ensures effective communication with senior stakeholders.

* Strong background in HR business partnering with over 7 years experience in HR roles

* Excellent analytical skill and critical thinking abilities

* Strong project management & organisation skills

* Good commercial acumen and understanding of business operations

* Ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively, particularly with senior stakeholders
