Our client is seeking a highly strategic HRBP Director - Manufacturing (FMCG) to drive People, culture, talent & OD initiatives at a programmatic level. This role is pivotal in developing and implementing key strategic HR objectives consistently across all functions in Vietnam. The successful candidate will be instrumental in building a winning environment within the organisation through effective talent, OD, change, wellbeing and reward strategies.

What you'll do:

As a HRBP Director - Manufacturing (FMCG), you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our client's organisation. You will contribute significantly to the development and realisation of total business capability and the growth agenda. Your leadership skills will be put to good use as you provide direction to the Commercial function within your role responsibility. You will also have the opportunity to develop and drive an HR strategy that aligns with the organisation's vision and mission. Your commitment to promoting an environment of continuous learning will be key in realising individual and team potential.

  • Contribute to the development and realisation of total business capability and the growth agenda

You have a proven track record in HR at a senior management level, demonstrating your ability to think both strategically and operationally. Your problem-solving capabilities are second-to-none, with a knack for analysing issues from different perspectives and proposing workable solutions. You're agile when it comes to leading change and innovation, using insight and foresight to drive decisions. Lastly, your ability to influence and create buy-in from senior stakeholders is one of your greatest strengths.
