HR Director

A leading manufacturing company is based in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam is calling for HR Director.

About the HR Manager Role:

You will report directly to Vice President. Your main responsibilities are managing and oversee HR function to ensure the business has the people and organisational capabilities to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strong knowledge and experience in C&B
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
• Excellence in employment-related laws and regulations
• Understand organisation development, company culture and can propose effective models in both the short and long term
• Understanding manufacturing takes is preferred
• Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategy
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as requested by the Vice President

To succeed in this role, you must have good command of English.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field is required
• More than 10 years experiences in human resources management at manufacturing industry with company size from 2,000 employees more
• Ability to be effective both strategically and at a hands-on, operational level
• Strong team and leadership skills
• Clear and concise communication skills and must have the ability to communicate at all levels in the business
• Energy, enthusiasm, self- motivation, assertiveness, and emotional intelligence
• Fluently in English and Vietnamese
