About the Head of HR Role:

In this role, you will manage the people team that handles compensation & benefits, talent acquisition, learning & development, and corporate communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage performance management, including refining performance metrics and monitoring systems.
• Improve organisational performance through a structured program of building capability in individuals and strengthening teams
• Identify, prioritise, coordinate, and implement organisational change initiatives that aim to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
• Leads the recruitment, development, and retention of staff, including back office, outlet operations, and especially the sales team who play the role of lifestyle consultants to our wealthy customers
• Continuously reinforce the embodiment of DNA, culture, and core values
• Ensure that the vision, strategy, and core values are well communicated and upheld within company

To succeed in this role, you must have good communication skills in English.

Key Requirements:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Sociology, or related fields
• Over eight years of solid experience in People or HR with at least three years leading teams
• Demonstrated track record of helping to develop an HR function that is a mission-critical and people-driven partner in the success of the business
• Strong sense of entrepreneurship, ownership, and accountability
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with consistently shifting priorities
• Show an ability to challenge conventional approaches and a willingness to build a unique approach
