What you'll do:

As the Head of HR, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's culture by developing HR strategies that align with its goals. Your excellent understanding of compensation principles will allow you to design a comprehensive rewards system that motivates employees. You will also be responsible for monitoring performance management programs, consulting on people management practices, analyzing HR metrics, managing HR systems, improving work relationships, building morale, increasing productivity and retention. Additionally, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple offices.

  • Continuously monitor HR metrics and analyze data to identify trends.
  • Manage and optimize HR systems and processes.
  • Improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple offices.
  • Plan, execute renovation of company’s offices.

  • Excellent business acumen.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a commitment to achieving results.
  • Ability to connect with people at all levels.

  • Great communication skills in English and Vietnamese
