Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of HR to join their team in Ho Chi Minh City. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with business leaders, formulating and developing HR strategies that align with the company's direction.

What you'll do:

As Head of HR, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our client's organisation. You will work closely with business leaders, using your strong understanding of the business to formulate HR strategies that align with organisational direction. Your responsibilities will include managing overall administration within the agency, implementing HR programs, providing timely employee communication, and fostering a performance culture. You will also be tasked with reviewing compensation philosophies, preparing HR budgets, implementing performance management systems, and mediating HR-related issues. Your role will also involve enhancing staff engagement through various activities.

  • Partner with business stakeholders to arrange and structure workforce in alignment with business requirements
  • Develop and implement programs for colleagues at all levels
  • Formulate and implement Human Resource related policies within the context of Company guidelines and Vietnam Labor Law
  • Review and implement compensation philosophy and strategies
  • Prepare and manage HR budget for the Cluster
  • Implement performance management system and ensure its effectiveness
  • Provide advice to managers, intervene and mediate on HR-related issues
  • Monitor staff performance, provide guidance, coaching, and manage requirements
  • Develop activities to enhance engagement with all staff levels in the organisation

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Human Resources & Admin Manager position brings a wealth of experience from working in multinational companies as an HRBP. You will have a strong academic background, with a University Degree or above. Your interpersonal and communication skills will be exceptional, allowing you to build strategic relationships between teams and departments. Your integrity and compliance with social, ethical, and organisational norms will be evident in your work. You will also bring an innovative mindset, with the ability to lead change and manage it effectively. Proficiency in MS office applications is required, as well as fluency in written and spoken English and Vietnamese.

  • Minimum of 10 years human resources experience working in multinational companies as HRBP
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Well-organised with ability to build strategic relationships between teams
  • High level of integrity and compliance with social, ethical, organisational norms
  • Innovative mindset with ability to lead change and manage change effectively
  • Proficiency in MS office applications
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Vietnamese
