HR Director

What you'll do:

As the Human Resources Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our client's organisation. Your strategic leadership will be key in developing HR strategies that align with business priorities. You will act as a trusted partner to the leadership team, championing a people-first culture that fosters engagement, productivity, and leadership development. Your expertise in workforce planning will ensure a strong leadership pipeline while your oversight of learning initiatives will enhance future readiness. Your role will also involve driving HR governance and compliance in line with Vietnamese labour laws.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Human Resources Director role brings a wealth of experience in HR leadership. With at least 10 years of progressive experience under your belt, you have demonstrated success in implementing effective HR strategies that drive workforce transformation. Your background includes supporting manufacturing plants and managing employee relations. You have proven expertise in labour compliance and governance. A bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field is required for this role; an MBA or advanced HR certification would be advantageous.

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business or a related field (MBA or advanced HR certification preferred).
• 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience.
• Experience supporting manufacturing plant.
• Demonstrated success in HR strategy, workforce transformation, and talent development.
• Experience managing employee relations, labour compliance, and governance.
