What you'll do:

As the Head of HR for APAC, your role will be pivotal in driving transformation within this global mobility leader. Your responsibilities will span from leading regional HR strategy across multiple countries to overseeing all General Affairs functions in Vietnam. You will be instrumental in shaping the organisation's future by driving organisational design, talent development, and succession planning across various business units. Your leadership will be key in building a high-performing, business-oriented HR team across the region.

  • Drive organisational design, talent development, and succession planning across business units.
  • Partner with factory and commercial leaders to deliver people strategies that enable business growth and operational excellence.
  • Build and lead a high-performing, business-oriented HR team across the region.
  • Champion change management, engagement, and culture-building efforts.
  • Oversee all General Affairs functions in Vietnam, ensuring safe, efficient, and employee-focused workplace services.
  • Manage & lead policies related to workplace services such as office space, canteen operations, shuttle buses, expatriate relocation and business travel arrangements.
  • Supervise security operations and occupational health & safety (OHS) compliance.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Head of HR role brings over 15 years of experience in senior HR roles within both manufacturing and commercial environments. You have proven your ability to lead HR strategy and operations across multiple countries and cultures. Your leadership skills extend to General Affairs or facility-related functions. Above all else, you have a passion for building culture, developing people, and delivering business impact.

  • 15+ years in senior HR roles, with a track record in both manufacturing and commercial environments.
  • Strong experience in leading HR strategy and operations across multiple countries and cultures.
  • Proven leadership in General Affairs or facility-related functions.
  • Passion for building culture, developing people, and delivering business impact.
  • Fluency in English.
