What you'll do:
As Human Resources Business Partner Director – Furniture Manufacturing you will be entrusted with driving the people agenda across both factory floors and corporate offices. Your day-to-day activities will involve close collaboration with senior leaders to identify workforce needs and translate them into impactful HR strategies. You will lead key initiatives such as talent reviews, succession planning, learning programmes for technical upskilling as well as leadership development. - Oversee HR operations including policy development, compliance with Vietnamese labour law, data accuracy in HR systems, and reporting to enable informed business decisions.

- Demonstrated experience managing both blue-collar factory workers and white-collar professionals within complex organisational structures.
- Proven track record in leading organisational transformation initiatives including talent development programmes and building strong leadership capabilities.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Vietnamese labour law combined with practical understanding of HR best practices relevant to manufacturing environments.
- Exceptional stakeholder management abilities coupled with advanced influencing skills; fluency in English and Vietnamese is essential for effective communication across diverse teams.
