An exciting HR Business Partner role has just become available at one of the leading manufacture business in Vietnam. Report directly to the Plant Manager and function report to Region HR Director, this is the role for for a talented HR who is a leader in their field.
About the HR Business Partner role:
In this business critical role you will be responsible for the entire Vietnam business operation, delivery the highest quality service as Business Partner to the Plant Manager and regional office.
As a independent contributor, you’re expecting to:
- Evaluate and review the benefits programs to ensure its competitiveness
- Review & monitor the remuneration implementation at all times
- Acting as HR operations and process payroll/generalist
- Review the services provided by external HR vendors compensation and benefits related activities
- Wellverse with the local employment laws/statutory
To succeed in the HR Business Partner job, you will need to have ability to work effectively and cooperatively with senior business leader team and internal matrix.
- Degree Holder
- At least 03 years experience in C&B
- Good in MS Excel
- Analytical skills and meticulous
- The flexibility to react to a changing environment and promote forward thinking
- Able to work under stress to meet tight deadlines and handling multiple tasks
