One of the global company with office based in Ha Noi is calling for HR Manager job.
About the HRM Role:
You will responsible to maintain and enhance the organisation's human capital by planning, implementing and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs and practices. The position is based in the Vietnam Office and will report to the GM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translations the strategic and tactical business plans into HR strategic and operational plans. This role provides guidance and input on workforce planning, business unit restructures and successional planning, ensuring all core HR practices are applied appropriately and in a legally compliant manner
- Champion all global/regional HR initiatives and properly communicate and align these HR initiatives with local management team. Evaluates and advises on the impact of long-range planning of new programs/strategies and regulatory action as those items affect the attraction, motivation, development and retention of the people resources of the organisation
- This role is also tasked with maintaining healthy relationship across the business. To conduct regular meetings with the various business departments, builds and develops trusted relationship with the various departmental leaderships
- Develops staffing strategies and implementation plans and programs to identify talent within and outside the organisation for positions of responsibility. Identifies appropriate and effective external sources for candidates for all levels within the organisation

- Leverage on internal salary structure to ensure that our employees are fairly compensated in term of total compensation
- Partner with Regional C&B to implement and plan out communication for all regional C&B initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with Regional C&B/Head of SVIP/ Vietnam Finance to offer a cost effective employee serving benefits program
- Manages employee communication and feedback through avenues such as company meetings, employee engagement survey, employee focus groups discussion, one-on one meeting and any other feedback channel in office
- Represent HR to participate and contribute to local activities and programs relating to workplace health and safety
To succeed in this role, you must have good communication skills in English.
Key Requirements:
- University graduate with Human Resources Management discipline
- Minimum seven years of relevant work experience, preferably with retail/customer service background
- Good interpersonal and strong communication skills
- Highly adaptable and able to perform a variety of fast and change assignments quickly on short notice
- Independent, proactive and problem-solver
- Meticulous and pleasant disposition
