A leading company in Can Tho is looking for a talented HR Manager.
About the HR Manager Role:
In this role, you will manage all aspects of the employee lifecycle – recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, coaching and counselling, discipline, terminations - to maintain an effective qualified workforce to meet business objectives. Ensure consistency in all HR practices. Maintain contact with employees to monitor employee morale and attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure sound employee and labour relations practices are followed to comply with all company policies and applicable laws
- Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Further develop staff appraisal systems, involved in setting KPI and performance evaluations
- Managing the payroll, personal income tax, social insurance, health insurance and other benefits program
- Develop a strong HR team
- Nurturing a positive working environment: giving motivation, working closely with the employees, department managers and Board of Directors
- Develop staff training and development plans
- Being responsible for building the company culture which aligns with the company’s vision, mission and core values
To succeed in this role, you must have good communication skills in English.
Key Requirements:
- At least a BSc degree in human resources management, business administration or law
- A minimum of five years’ work experience as HR manager
- Result-driven and passionate for excellence
- Strong communicator with all levels of staff: from the board level to workers in the country side
- Fluent in English
- Highly responsible, professional and reliable
