A manufacturing company in Long An is calling for application for HR Manager position

Job Description:

This position will handle both HR and Admin task in the company

HR Section:

• Manage recruitment, training, and retention of associates.
• Coordinate training, performance reviews, and orientation.
• Maintain HR policies, records, and reports.
• Ensure compliance and handle government relations.
• Oversee company administration.
• Advise on payroll, benefits, and bonuses.
• Review market compensation and prepare reports.
• Address issues and coordinate communication.
• Recommend training and retention strategies.
• Assist in recruitment, maintain job descriptions.
• Prepare training plan, reports, and budgets.

Admin Section:

• Cultivate government relationships, attend meetings.
• Obtain permits, manage events, oversee company affairs.
• Support leadership with HR and special tasks.

Requirement:

• Bachelor or above degree, HR Management, Sociology, Psychologies, Legal related major
• 5 years relevant working experience
• Proved experience is preferred, such as in job evaluation, design of salary range, incentives and benefits program, project management, HR information
• Excellent communication/presentation skills both in Vietnamese and French is a plus.
• Effective interpersonal skills required with proven ability to build supportive relationships at all levels in the organization and its
• Clear-minded and initiative-taking, able to propose
• Excellent over-view on operation/business
• Good time-management, organization, and planning
• Knowledge about quality management and company business
