A pharmaceutical MNC is looking for HR Manager Position. They are looking for candidates who can be proactive to build and improve policies in Vietnam office.
Job Description:
- Set an Ideal Work Culture
o Shape and maintain an ideal work culture within the organization.
o Promote a positive work culture by implementing rewards/recognition, and employee relations programs
o Assess and refine the work culture to ensure it aligns with the organization’s overall mission and vision.
- Strategic Talent Management
o Develop and implement strategic talent management practices: identify high-potential employees, create development opportunities, and implement succession planning
- Manage Compensation and Benefits
o Responsible for developing and implementing competitive compensation and benefits packages/ programs to attract and retain talented employees.
- Develop Employee Retention Strategies
o Implement initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and engagement. o Create strategies for higher retention rates.
- Facilitate Performance Review
o Facilitate the annual performance review process with employees.
- Hiring and Recruitment
o Create and ensure the hiring and recruitment processes run smoothly and efficiently.
o Acquire suitable candidates who suit the organization’s culture and requirements.to build a strong company.
- Design Effective Onboarding and Training Programs
o Design comprehensive onboarding programs and facilitate training and development initiatives to ensure that the new hires feel welcome & supported.
- Oversee The Office Management Function
o Manage the office administrative areas such as office management, facilities management, and policy development.
Requirement:
o A bachelor's degree, preferably in labor laws and human resources
o At least 5 years of experience in the same position or similar job with successful proven records o Strong leadership skills and ethics o Effective communication skills
o Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
o Empathetic and emotionally intelligent to understand and connect with the employees on a deeper level.
