A manufacturing company is based in Long An, Vietnam is calling for HR Manager.

About the HR Manager Role:

You will report directly to CEO. Your main responsibilities are building, managing and monitoring all activities related to HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Planning: Use company strategies to forecast and retain personnel. Keep records and reports on personnel data like hires and transfers. Guide management on using HR resources effectively
• Recruitment and Selection: Design the hiring process. Oversee the process, coordinate with managers, and update job requirements. Manage recruitment to fill vacancies and build relationships with candidates
• HR Compliance: Ensure effective delivery of services, including compensation, insurance, and labour compliance
• Training and Development: Conduct orientation for new hires. Work with managers to identify training needs. Provide HR and skills training
• Performance Management: Implement performance management systems. Resolve employee issues and conduct surveys. Audit HR practices for compliance with labour laws
• Internal Policy and Compliance: Establish company policies and procedures. Analyse and modify compensation policies. Maintain benefits programs. Ensure legal compliance and represent the organisation
• Employee Relations: Act as a link between management and employees. Handle questions, interpret contracts, and resolve problems. Organise recreational activities and enforce disciplinary actions
• Other Activities: Perform additional tasks as required by superiors

To succeed in this role, you must have good command of English

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field is required
• Demonstrate a proven track record with a minimum of five years in managerial positions akin to this role
• Good communication skills and must have the ability to communicate at all levels in the business
• Fluently in English and Vietnamese
