Our client is a leading manufacturer in Vietnam with HO based in HCM is seeking an experienced HR and Admin Manager to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to lead HR practices and objectives that will foster an employee-oriented, high-performance culture. The successful candidate will also be responsible for ensuring smooth administration operations, potentially including facility security and upkeep, space planning, and creating optimal conditions for employees.

What you'll do:

As the Human Resources and Administration Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's culture. You will be responsible for leading HR practices that emphasise empowerment, quality, productivity, goal attainment, and ongoing workforce development. Your role will extend beyond HR into administration operations where you will ensure smooth running of daily activities. Your ability to manage projects effectively will be crucial as you develop comprehensive recruitment processes and training programmes. Your expertise in legal developments will guide leadership on various employee issues while maintaining alignment with labour codes and best practices.

* Manage daily administration activities of the company including visa, transportation, accommodation, travelling arrangement for visitors and other activities as determined by General Manager

* Lead succession planning with GM and HoDs and facilitate to identify high potential employees

* Develop a full project requirement from advertisement, on-site recruitment (test and interview), training in house (Vietnam & Overseas)

* Create and implement the effective recruitment process, and self-participate in selection of senior staff and/or sales team

* Keep up-to-date with legal developments and advise leadership on a range of employee issues

* Manage investigations, disciplinary and grievance matters; provide advice or guidance to ensure well-managed, aligning Labor code, policies, and best practice

* Gather and analyse market data to measure the competitiveness of the company’s compensation and benefits package

* Lead the OHSE improvement process through hazard identification, risk assessment, development of SOPs

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Human Resources and Administration Manager role will bring a wealth of experience in HR management, with at least 5 years in a director position. You will have demonstrated knowledge across multiple HR disciplines including employee relations, performance management, recruitment, compensation and training. Your understanding of Vietnamese laws and regulations related to Human Resources will be crucial in this role. Your ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters professionally is essential. You will also possess excellent negotiation skills, strong interpersonal and leadership skills, and an analytical mindset.

* At least 5 years in HR Director position and 5 years in HR management-level experience

* Demonstrated knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines (employee relations, performance, recruitment, compensation, training)

* Demonstrated knowledge of Vietnamese applicable laws and regulations related to Human Resources

* Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters tactfully and professionally

* Excellent negotiation skills

* Strong interpersonal and leadership skills

* Strong analytical ability including the ability to identify trends and implement process improvements
