What you'll do:

As a Human Resources Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's future by attracting, developing, and retaining top talent. You will be responsible for executing all human resources needs, from recruitment to training, ensuring that our associates have the skills they need to excel. Your role will also involve managing our training programs, coordinating performance reviews, updating HR policies, administering bonus programs, assisting with recruitment at all levels, and building an annual training plan. Your ability to build strong relationships with local government agencies will be crucial in promoting our company's image within its local environment.

  • Execute all human resources needs for recruitment, training, and retaining quality associates
  • Manage training programs ensuring that courses are offered on all necessary topics at appropriate frequency
  • Coordinate and monitor Performance Management Reviews
  • Manage and update HR policy including Policy and Procedure Manual and Associate Handbook
  • Responsible for building, promoting, and sustaining the image of the company within its local environment
  • Administer all bonus and incentive programs
  • Provide direction and assistance in identifying, evaluating, and resolving leadership team issues
  • Assist with the recruitment and selection at all levels
  • Build annual training plan and its implementation

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Human Resources Manager position brings a wealth of experience in HR management. With a minimum of five years' experience under your belt, you have a proven track record in job evaluation, designing salary ranges, incentives and benefits programs, project management, and HR information systems. Your excellent communication skills enable you to build supportive relationships at all levels within the organisation. You are clear-minded and initiative-taking, always ready to propose solutions to any challenges that arise. Your strong time-management, organisation, and planning skills will be key to your success in this role.

  • Bachelor or above degree in HR Management, Sociology, Psychologies or Legal related major preferred
  • Minimum five years relevant working experience in HR management
  • Proven experience in job evaluation, design of salary range, incentives and benefits program, project management, HR information system
  • Excellent communication/presentation skills both in Vietnamese and English. French is a plus
  • Effective interpersonal skills required with proven ability to build supportive relationships at all levels in the organisation
  • Clear-minded and initiative-taking, able to propose solutions
  • Good time-management, organisation, and planning skills
