Senior HR Manager

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Senior HR Manager to play a pivotal role in overseeing the human resources function for their facility based in Quang Ngai. This position will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the company's goals, ensuring compliance with labour laws, and fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and update HR policies, procedures, and programs to support the organisation's strategic objectives.
  • Conduct regular reviews of HR practices to ensure they remain effective and compliant.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify HR needs and develop solutions.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they have the necessary tools and support to succeed.
  • Manage employee performance, including performance reviews, coaching, and development.
  • Implement succession planning strategies to ensure continuity of leadership.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts.
  • Manage employee relations issues, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
  • Organise employee engagement activities and events.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role and strong experience in manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of labour laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with employees and management.
  • Proven track record of success in HR management.
  • Proficiency in HR software and systems.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
