Our client is seeking a seasoned Senior HR Manager to join their dynamic team in Ho Chi Minh. This role offers an exciting opportunity to design and deliver the division’s people plan, develop talent, and support business objectives. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of employment law, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to manage employee relations.

What you'll do:

As a Senior HR Manager, your role will be pivotal in shaping the future of our client's organisation. You will partner closely with the business to understand their needs and align them with the Country HR Frame. Your expertise will be crucial in developing talent across divisions, ensuring clear development plans are in place, and facilitating movement of talent within and across divisions. You will also define the organisation structure and ways of working to enhance collaboration. Your role will involve reviewing the organisation set up and scoping of roles across divisions. Ultimately, you will ensure end-to-end delivery of full spectrum HR activities for the business.

* Partner with the business to understand needs and align them with the Country HR Frame

* Collaborate with key stakeholders and relevant regional or country HR teams for seamless delivery of people plans

* Ensure clear development plans are in place for talent across divisions

* Facilitate movement of talent within and across divisions

With over 9 years under your belt, you have developed a strong understanding of employment law, honed your analytical skills, and demonstrated your ability to manage employee relations effectively. Your project management skills are second to none, allowing you to organise complex tasks with ease. Your creativity and initiative set you apart from others, while your commercial acumen ensures that you understand the business landscape thoroughly. * Strong background in HR business partnering with more than 9 years of experience in HR roles in both Commercial and Manufacturing sectors

* Strong understanding of employment law

* Good commercial acumen and business understanding
