HR Manager
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a seasoned Human Resources Manager to oversee the full scope of Group Human Resources. This role offers the chance to manage day-to-day HR operations, plan and execute recruitment strategies, maintain employee records, and ensure legal compliance. The successful candidate will also be responsible for establishing and improving HR policies, procedures, processes and systems.

What you'll do:
As a Human Resources Manager, your role will be pivotal in managing the day-to-day HR operations. You will be instrumental in planning and executing recruitment strategies from developing job descriptions to selecting candidates. Your excellent organisational skills will ensure a smooth onboarding process and accurate maintenance of employee records. You will also be responsible for monthly payroll duties and ensuring correct contributions to social, health and unemployment insurance. Your role will extend to coordinating with the F&A department for PIT finalization and ensuring all legal documents for expats are in order. A key part of your role will be to establish, monitor and improve HR policies, procedures, processes and systems. Furthermore, you will be responsible for planning and organising training and development initiatives for staff.
- Manage day-to-day HR operation of the Group.
- Plan and take charge of recruitment & selection which include developing job descriptions, preparing job adverts, shortlisting, interviewing and selecting candidates.
- Maintain a smooth onboarding process.
- Maintain employee records.
- In charge of monthly payroll.
- Ensure the social, health and unemployment insurance is calculated correctly and contributed in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with F&A department for PIT finalization.
- In charge and ensure legal documents of expat (work permit, temporary residence card, visa,…)
- Establish, monitor and improve HR policies, procedures, processes and systems.
- Responsible for the planning and organization of training and development of staff.
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Human Resources Manager position will possess a bachelor’s degree or higher along with professional certifications. You are mature, teamwork-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills. Your understanding of the importance of confidentiality is paramount. You bring extensive experience in employment law, compensation, personal income tax, and organizational planning. Your proficiency with applicable laws/regulations and management theories will be crucial to your success in this role. Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment including Excel, Word and other database management tools are required. You have at least 7 years of progressive human resources generalist experience with more than five years at senior management level.
- Possess a bachelor’s degree; an advanced degree or professional certification preferred.
- Mature, teamwork-oriented with good interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of confidentiality importance.
- Experienced in employment law, compensation, personal income tax, organizational planning.
- Proficiency with applicable laws/regulations and management theories.
- Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment including Excel, Word and other database management tools.
- At least 7 years progressive human resources generalist experience with more than five years at senior management level.
