HR Manager
Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead their HR activities. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in collaboration with the Regional Director of HR and the General Manager, ensuring compliance with business unit guidelines and country-specific legal requirements.

What you'll do:
As a Human Resources Manager, your role will be multifaceted, encompassing everything from managing day-to-day activities of your team to implementing recruitment processes in collaboration with department heads. You'll also coordinate disciplinary actions, manage salary planning processes, and implement training initiatives. Your responsibilities will extend to coordinating safety committee meetings, developing HR projects with the regional team, deploying HRIS for operational efficiency, and maintaining a positive company culture.

- Coordinate disciplinary actions with the HR team and General Manager.

- Deploy, implement, and improve HRIS for operational efficiency.

With 8-10 years of experience under your belt, you're proficient in both spoken and written English.
