Assistant HR Manager
Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant HR Manager to join their team in Hai Duong. This role offers an exciting opportunity to take on a variety of responsibilities within the human resources and administration functions of their plant. The successful candidate will have the chance to work closely with senior management, lead a team, and contribute significantly to daily operations and business development.
What you'll do:
As an Assistant HR Manager, your role will be pivotal in managing the human resources and administrative functions of our client's plant. You will be responsible for formulating and executing policies, planning manpower, recruiting staff, managing compensation and benefits, performance management, employee relations, and expatriate work permit applications. Your excellent leadership skills will enable you to lead your team effectively, ensuring that all HR and administrative tasks are carried out efficiently. Additionally, you will prepare staff cost budgets & forecasts and provide analytical reports to management. Your ability to handle ad hoc projects will also be crucial in this role.
- Manage full spectrum of human resources and administration functions of the plant
- Formulate and execute policies, plan manpower, recruit staff, manage compensation and benefits, performance management, employee relations and expatriate work permit applications
- Support senior management in daily operation and business development
- Lead the team to deliver human resources and administration functions efficiently
- Prepare staff cost budget & forecast and analytical reports for management

What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Assistant HR Manager position is a degree holder in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or related disciplines. You bring along at least 5 years' experience in human resources and administration function with a minimum of 3 years at a supervisory level. Experience in the electronics manufacturing industry would be highly advantageous. Your knowledge of labour ordinance and tax law in Vietnam will be essential for this role. As a self-motivated individual with excellent interpersonal skills, you are able to build close working relationships with all levels of staff. Your strong analytical abilities coupled with your organisational skills make you an ideal fit for this role. Proficiency in English and good spoken Chinese is also required.

- At least 5 years’ experience in human resources and administration function with minimum 3 years at supervisory level
- Experience in electronics manufacturing industry is highly preferable
- Knowledgeable about labor ordinance and tax law in Vietnam
- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
- Independent, strong analytical ability, well-organized and sensitive to figures
- Good Chinese and English is a plus
