Our client is seeking a seasoned Human Resource Manager to lead their HR department. This role will encompass all general administrative functions, talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, and more. What you'll do:

As the Human Resource Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our client's organisation. You will be responsible for driving a positive working environment that fosters growth and innovation. Your leadership skills will be crucial in overseeing the daily operations of the HR Department, setting goals, managing budgets, planning, ensuring employee accountability and facilitating cross-department coordination. Your commitment to maintaining an updated database of HR work will ensure smooth operations within the department. Your expertise in developing recruitment processes will ensure that only the most qualified candidates join the team. Your ability to design performance appraisal systems based on KPIs will help recognise outstanding performers while also addressing areas of weak performance.

  • Oversee daily operations of the HR Department including goal setting, budget management, planning, employee accountability and cross-department coordination
  • Maintain and improve the working environment including office cleanliness and food & beverage program
  • Maintain an updated database of HR work including employee information, job descriptions, responsibilities and documented internal processes
  • Ensure constant implementation of labour regulations
  • Assist in optimising the company's organisational structure and internal processes to improve efficiency
  • Develop end-to-end recruitment process ensuring timely hiring of qualified candidates
  • Design performance appraisal system based on KPIs rewarding outstanding performers and penalising weak performance
  • Identify training needs and coordinate development programs to upskill team members

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Human Resource Manager position brings a wealth of experience in HR management along with a minimum Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration or related field. With at least 5 years of management experience in HR, you have a deep understanding of HSE (Health, Safety and Environment), human resources, and relevant national labour laws and regulations. Your proficiency in English, both written and oral, will be crucial in this role. Your ability to handle sensitive cases professionally sets you apart. You are proficient with the use of computers such as all Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc). Your strong interpersonal skills and critical thinking abilities make you an ideal fit for this role.

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of management experience in HR management
