What you'll do:

As an HR Admin Manager, your role is crucial in shaping the future of our organisation. You will be responsible for developing HR strategies that are in line with our business goals. Your excellent problem-solving skills will be put to use as you manage performance appraisal systems to drive high performance. Your commitment to legal compliance will ensure our human resource management is always up to standard. In addition, your organisational skills will shine as you supervise our day-to-day administrative operations. Your ability to coordinate with other departments will ensure smooth administrative support across the board.

  • Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
  • Manage performance appraisal systems to drive high performance.
  • Identify training needs and organise development programmes to enhance employee skills.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
  • Supervise day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring efficient office management.
  • Maintain and update company policies and procedures.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this HR Admin Manager position brings a wealth of experience in both HR and administrative roles. With at least 5 years under your belt, preferably within the healthcare industry, you have developed strong leadership skills that enable you to guide teams effectively. Your excellent communication abilities allow you to liaise seamlessly between departments, while your proficiency in HRIS ensures efficient data management. An understanding of Vietnamese labour laws is essential for this role.

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and administrative roles, preferably in the healthcare or related industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of Vietnamese labour laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and other relevant software.
