What you'll do:

As a Total Rewards Manager for our client, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's people strategy. Your primary focus will be on designing and implementing an effective total rewards strategy that aligns with the company's goals. You will lead annual salary reviews, develop salary structures, oversee benefits programs, and design long-term incentive plans. Additionally, you will monitor compensation trends to ensure pay equity and performance alignment. Your analytical skills will be crucial in preparing dashboards to support HR strategy. You will also ensure compliance with local laws.

  • Design, implement, and continuously improve the total rewards strategy aligned with company goals and market trends.
  • Lead annual salary reviews, merit increases, and incentive/bonus schemes across all functions.
  • Develop and maintain salary structures, job grading, and benchmarking using tools such as Mercer, Willis Towers Watson, or Radford.
  • Oversee benefits programs (health insurance, wellness, retirement, etc.) and drive enhancements based on employee feedback and market competitiveness.
  • Develop and drive reward and recognition programs that promote employee engagement.
  • Design and implement long-term incentive plans (LTIP/ESOP) in partnership with Finance and Legal.
  • Monitor compensation and benefits trends and analyze internal data to ensure pay equity, performance alignment, and cost optimization.
  • Prepare dashboards and executive reports to support HR strategy.
  • Ensure all rewards practices comply with Vietnamese labor laws.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Total Rewards Manager position brings a wealth of experience in Compensation & Benefits/Total Rewards. You have a solid understanding of local labour regulations as well as global total rewards trends. Your hands-on experience with reward benchmarking tools like Mercer or Willis Towers Watson will be invaluable in this role. You possess strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset. Your excellent stakeholder management skills will enable you to effectively communicate with both internal and external parties. Above all, your high level of integrity, discretion, and attention to detail will be key in ensuring the success of our rewards practices.

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance or related field (Master’s or MBA is a plus).
  • 5–8 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits/Total Rewards.
  • Solid understanding of local labour regulations and global total rewards trends.
  • Hands-on experience with reward benchmarking tools and HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP, SuccessFactors).
  • Strong analytical skills; data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and attention to detail.
