What you'll do:

- Develop, implement, and regularly review HR and Administration policies to ensure alignment with current Vietnam Labour Code requirements and industry best practices.
- Collaborate closely with the General Manager and department heads to execute tailored HR strategies that address specific business needs while promoting a harmonious workplace.
- Monitor all aspects of employee relations by identifying issues early, reporting them appropriately, and facilitating their resolution in a fair and considerate manner.
- Evaluate organisational structures to optimise resource deployment, ensuring teams are set up for success while maintaining operational efficiency.
- Forecast future workforce needs by analysing potential staffing deficits or surpluses, then recommend strategic plans to maintain optimal staffing levels aligned with business goals.
- Advise management on employment legislation updates to ensure ongoing compliance with legal requirements affecting staff welfare and company operations.
- Design competitive remuneration packages—including bonuses, medical coverage, retirement benefits, and staff facilities—to attract new talent while retaining existing team members.
- Plan annual manpower budgets in line with organisational objectives, ensuring resources are allocated effectively for maximum impact.
- Supervise payroll processing using SAP or related software for the Vietnam team, guaranteeing accuracy and timeliness in salary disbursements.

- Demonstrated flexibility when handling multiple tasks or projects concurrently; able to prioritise responsibilities thoughtfully according to changing business needs.
- Strong customer service orientation combined with motivational skills that inspire others towards shared goals within a team setting.
- Experience partnering with senior management on strategic HR planning initiatives that drive organisational effectiveness while supporting individual development.
- Sound financial awareness relating to budgeting for manpower costs alongside project management capabilities for rolling out new HR initiatives successfully.
- Familiarity with payroll systems such as SAP or similar platforms used for accurate salary processing within large teams.
