  • Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes including building partnerships with educational institutions and external agencies.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English (both verbal and written) enabling clear interaction across all levels of the organisation as well as external stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership capabilities evidenced by successful management of high-performing HR teams focused on continuous development.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in using data-driven insights to improve HR processes such as engagement surveys or compensation benchmarking studies.
