Assistant HR Manager

A leading manufacturing company is based in Long An, Vietnam is calling for Assistant HR Manager.

About the Assistant HR Manager Role:

You will report directly to HR Manager. Your main responsibilities are supporting HR Manager to oversee HR function to ensure the business has the people and organisational capabilities to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support HR Manager in daily observation and monitoring all internal activities and external HR related inquiries or requests
• Support HR Manager to develop and implement C&B policies, training plan, reward & recognition programs, health care
• Support HR Manager in annual salary review, performance evaluation, promotion programs
• Support HR Manager in setting up related HR management reports if arising
• Managing job evaluation and grading structure, market pricing, survey participation, pay equity review and other compliance reporting, and annual pay and bonus review and delivery processes
• Overseeing and ensuring effective operation: Talent acquisition, training & development; PMP
• All other duties as required by the line manager

To succeed in this role, you must have good communication skills in English.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, BA, or related degrees
• At least five years of HR experience (C&B Particular)
• Have HR system experience (HRIS)
• Fluently in English and Vietnamese
